Slow performance

Slow performance is usually related to software issues not hardware. Software is not covered by warranty. So we suggest to reinstall your Windows back to factory.


We're able to run a remote hardware test on your device to check for any failing hardware components. We can run the test Monday - Friday 9AM - 2PM. 

If you confirm a suitable time and date we'll send you a link to the remote hardware test. Please note that the test may take a few hours to complete. All of the instructions on how to set it up will be included in the link.

The earliest available slot is next working day.
