We're able to run a remote hardware test on your device to check for any failing hardware components. We can run the test Monday - Friday 9AM - 2PM.
If you confirm a suitable time and date we'll send you a link to the remote hardware test. Please note that the test may take a few hours to complete. All of the instructions on how to set it up will be included in the link.
