The standard of production techniques today cannot guarantee an absolutely pixel fault-free monitor.
A few isolate constant lit or unlit pixels may be present. The LCD/LED Display Panel from MicroDream are typically considerably better than requirements. A maximum of 3 lit or 3 unlit pixels or total of 5 non-performing sub-pixels are permitted.
