PC Computer Laptop in a constant restart cycle

If windows won't start or go into loop please follow:

1. Upon loading windows screen please hold shift button down and disconnect PC from power. (Sometime you need to do this at least twice)

2. Upon restart you will be taken to the Recovery screen.

3. Click See advanced Repair options

4. At the Choose an option screen click Troubleshoot

5. Click on Reset your PC
