Unfortunately, we are unable to supply PCs or laptops without the operating system as part of our standard offerings.
However, we understand that some customers may have specific preferences or requirements for their operating systems. Therefore, you are more than welcome to format the device and install your preferred operating system at your own discretion.
It's important to note that while we support your freedom to customise your device, software-related issues are not covered under our warranty policy. Should any software-related issues arise during or after the installation process, it will be your responsibility to address and rectify them. Our warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from user-installed software.
